Customer Service Sucks!! 'Was promised to send me a new phone, 3 weeks after, I still didn't get it. Problems with phone storage, battery draining fast and etcs... 'Have bought it in Costco, a week later, have to exchanged it, thought it was just a melon phone, but the replacement is equally as problematic as the first one....DO NOT BUY ANY ACER SMARTPHONE......

I'm having the same problem. Does anyone have any advice on whether or not rooting the phone would help to get rid of some unwanted apps? The few apps I've tried uninstalling take so long I don't have the patients to actually see it finish, also having google play store problems

ghaille, 25 Apr 2016I bought my acer z630 march 5 this year but now im encounte... moretry to turn the phone off then remove the battery. Then put the battery again and turn on the phone then start charging your phone.

I bought my acer z630 march 5 this year but now im encountering problems with its charging. I charged it at 10pm with 12% bat when i opened it at 9am this morning my batt is at 13%...

the gaming for this fone was awsome battery life last for 27hours was cool even im using data internet conection well camera is not that good but for this price hahahaha hell yeah FIY my old fone was zenMax
