My storage drains to 0 in a bit less then a month every time I reset it. Also my battery drains very quickly when brightness display is decent and wifi is on (battery last 3-5 hours) which is a bit disappointing for a 4000MaH battery. Is there anyway I can fix these problems? Bought this phone mid-march.

To all the people who have problems with this product of Acer, Liquid Z630 is actually a very good choice for a budget phone. I also had many problems with this model before. A few days later, I decided to chat with Acer's technical support.
It was all because of the online chats with Acer, I returned the phone and get another one of the same model. Now the Z630 I have is working like a charm, the only problem is that the free storage capacity dropped by nearly 2 gb for no obvious reasons. The phone is okay as a matter of fact, it was all because of my back luck when I bought it the first time.
Here are the problems I had with the first one: Battery draining fast even without being online.
Rapid loss of Gbs of storage space loss and unrecoverable even without being online, the free space even dropped to 650 mb only in an extreme case. Extremely slow process of app removal. The "Apps" of the Acer Aid Kit won't load. And terribly slow "Storage"info. loading of the Acer Aid Kit.
Actually there was something interesting about the battery usage of this phone, I had a few times the battery level was at 100% for over 12 hours.

John, 06 Jun 2016Can you tell us how did you update the phone`s software?All i did was power up the phone and a pop up showed up telling me the update was available.
I bought this phone in Canada, so the update was specifically to address problems with units sold here. Mainly at Costco and Walmart.
If you bought your phone elsewhere, all i can suggest is to go to about device in settings>software update and see if an update is available in your region.

Why is it that my video wont work? I cant even take pictures. Theres a snap but it wont save the picture. Whyyyyy acer people help. :(

I am so so so very dissapointed with this phone, i just bought this acer liquid Z630 last april 25 2016 , so it was just about almost 1month and im already suffering bad issues like battery drains so fast and the worst thing happened i was just playing coc that time when suddenly all white came up and no stop of blinking the light so i turn it off and when i open it was still thesame , i dont know whats happening cos as far as i know i handled it very carefully .no choice i turned back my acer phone to the store and they said 1month to fix and i was just like ughh!!so bad!!i felt so much regret why i bought this phone !so now i know about this acer never ever buy this phone again !!
