Awesome phone....it never get hanged ..its been nearly 1.5 yrar since i bought the phone....awesome experience....only fault is lack of updates

i am satisfied with this phone. i had installed so many apps in this phone and all apps are working without any hanging problem. ram is super fast and storage capacity is also well and good.

I was using Lenovo k3 note earlier which has a 1.7 GHz processor but has only 2 GB RAM. But I dare say k3 note is a definitely better device than z630s. To start with, it has a 1.3 GHz processor, it still runs on Android 5.1 with no update to higher versions available. Apps start automatically and drain the 4000 MAH battery sooner than expected, phone heats up in the process. I fell for a deal on EBay and as I see it cannot be exchanged for any other device on any e-tailing site. Buy this device only if you are happy with Android 5.1 and content with making calls and / or having WhatsApp. Lastly contrary to my expectation although Acer is a Taiwanese conglomerate, the Z630S is made in China. I was avoiding to buy a Chinese manufactured device and discontinued using Lenovo K3 note although it was only a year and half old, I am now stuck with another Chinese manufactured device.

Forward your solution for the problem facing in my mobile acer 630s. Mobile is working while charging otherwise switch off after few minutes. Then again switch on the mobile means display shows android is starting after completion again switched off. Inform me any good service centers available in salem (TN) or Bangalore ( near to madiwala)

Im satified with this device but once power button was not work it was broken and i repaird the button for 200 indian rs thats all.. 4g is available but no Volte every thing is good. But its outdated now u better go for redmi series, don't buy this one, the company would not give any updates and no software support as it is outdated device. Redmi is far best than this.. (i have redmi note 4 also)

Over a year I had no issues at all with this phone, recently it stopped charging. There are 2 options now, it's either the battery or the charging port. I phoned Acer Australia, but they won't help me because I bought my phone in Belgium, but I live in Australia. I can send the phone in to Belgium, but that would cost an arm and a leg to have it there and back. I found a seller of the battery on eBay, but I was hoping to see if anyone else had this problem and how they solved it? Cheers.
