The phone is not detected when i plugged it in the usb port of my PC. I am running ubuntu linux 14.04. Please help how can I mount it as a media device through MTP(Media Transfer Protocol). My Samsung Galaxy S3 mini runs normally when i plug it in so I am sure that my PC is not the problem.

to get out of quick mode ...swipe from top to bottom ...u will see setting icon on right bottom...you have to set a passcode for that & then it will show you exit quick mode @ below left.

LIFF, 11 May 2016After 2 days of Factory reset the App menu again changed au... moreUninstall acer liquid home update.. If that still doesnt work . download nova launcher then select as default launcher. You can customize it whether you like a horizontal or vertical app drawer.

Lol i have entered and exit quick mode. First don't put password. 2nd everytime you wanted to exit go to settings ~ home ~ select acer liquid home as your default launcher.

i got the delivery on 9th May 2016. Very nice service by Flipkart & WS Retail.
Regarding the Phone....
1) look wise it is very nice, slim n attractive. 8/10
2) Battery back up is very good. Touch is very smooth. 8/10
3) FM Radio quality is not too good 4/10
The major issue is with the application Quick Mode which is inbuilt in it. please please don't click on this APP. once you entered in you can not Exit the same. i have get it done by calling customer care he suggest me to reset the mobile.... as the application we cant stop or make it disable as it is inbuilt.
you can read so many complaints about Quick mode App are available online.
Request Acer to remove this APP from new mobiles.

LIFF, 09 May 2016Hi I got the phone 4 days back.. Yesterday after I woke up ... moreDone Factory Reset and the issue is resolved, but still dont have the reason how it happened. I assume might be some virus or app which changed it in background.
Regarding the Phone performance, its pretty good phone at this price tag. Battery is awesome, after hours of no stop online playing on wifi (4+ Hours) the battery dipped 30%. At 11 PM yesterday I charged the phone 100%, removed from charging point. Then played a game for 20 mins. Its 12:47 PM the next day and the battery is at 82%, from morning I have attended few calls browsed internet and ya off-course done the factory resetting. So you can judge the battery life.
High end games which use more graphics runs smoothly with few glitches. I have not tested the headphones yet. 5.5 Inch screen is good however for me the phone looks big for handling. So at this price Tag this is a good phone to get.

Hi I got the phone 4 days back.. Yesterday after I woke up I found my App Menu changed, I dont know how it changed but now I am trying to change it back to normal mode that is scrolling side ways rather upward and downward but I am not able. To any clue how this has happened? Or is it due to the new phone update? Please guide.

I charged my phone last night it got full at 5:20am. But i only remove it from charger after i got awake at 6:48am. My battery percent doesnt go down from 100% even until now after 5hours. Is this normal?it was not like this before. Im a little concerned about it..
