my acer liquid zest hanged at the Boot mode screen. i won't turn it off either. need help please.

I bought my acer liquid zest yesterday.. when the battery drain I charged the phone then the red light appeared .
The problem is I doesn't switch anymore after I charged it? Sombody can help me..

My phone suddenly shutdown and when I open it all my apps that I downloaded in apps store lost in screen and the built in apps left only , my question is how to retrieve my hidden apps? And back it to the screen coz when I visit it to app store all my apps is still installed

Why I can't save photos in SD card? I already format my SD card all my apps move in SD card but when I take photos automatic it will save in phone storage.Since I have 32gb SD card I thought I can take pictures as much as I want but when I saw the storage it's already full because all the photos I take save in phone storage. I can't change the setting in camera to save all photos in SD card.

My problem is when I video myself in front cam the light of the camera became dim it it OK?
And when I buy it the saleslady says it has 8gb internal memory and I noticed that it has only 4gb iam right?
But the rest is so good 😃

Kinnechie, 07 Sep 2016My battery drain fast because of my Wi-Fi , it's off but st... morepossibly you have open apps on the background so you must close it, check your power/phone setting, restrict the apps that are rarely to use, but pls consider that even your wifi was turned off, restricted backgrounds or your phone in sleep mode, the android system still operating and it is normal. hope this helps.

Random, 09 Sep 2016Is it okay to use any kind of charger maybe yes or no. Yes if you can find same voltage output/input. No, for safe use appropriate charger.

A nice phone if you don't have big expectations. Good thing is that OS is almost stock Marshmallow without many bloatware apps, so it runs smoothly. Only big downside is fact that phone doesn't have scratch resistant glass on display, so I ended up scratching it before I could put on some protection. Annoying. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.
For people who complains about camera is out of focus: latest update fixed that.

The sound of the phone keeps going off.it's so frustrating.. Notifications gets mute I can't even hear my phone when it rings and music plays but you'll hear no sound.Please fix this bug cos aside these problems it's a very dope phone
