This phone is absolute garbage. I've had nothing but trouble with it. It is slow, unresponsive, it takes an age to charge, I could decorate Buckingham Palace in the time it takes this thing to charge. The 4G is barely fit for purpose, making a call is a task in itself. I had an Alcatel phone years ago, this is no improvement. I'm getting a new phone soon-a Samsung. It really can't come quick enough then I can finally consign this abomination to the dustbin.

This has to be the worst phone I have ever owned battery has limited usage time it comes with far too many preloaded apps which you can't uninstall to free up memory and severely limits what apps you want to install

I have just bought 2021 alcatel 1a s am happy with 20.57 flip. Have read online that is otg device support with data sync micro usb lead, micro usb to usb female connector. I haven't received phone yet but quietly looking forward to the device. Only paid just under 40£ and a flip bi-folding case for five £.

Have the Telstra prepaid variant-the Essential 2 5033TR and it's a great compact phone. Am using a 128GB microSDXC card in it.
