The only thing I have problems with is the front camera and glen dark it is sometimes. Other than that it works perfectly fine. It has NEVER froze up before. Also the things Google let's you do for your phone is endless. It can remind you when your favorite shows come on, show you where you left your parked car, and tell you how much time you have left until work. I honestly have no problems with this phone. I absolutely Love it :)

I had this phone for 3 months it hasnt gave me no proplems. If ur a heavy user dont get this phone if ur a light user like me then get it. Please Alcatel make a software update to fix: battery drain,heating problem, turn off touch key lights, increase speed, the theme should be black cuz white drain your battery, on silent mode turn of vibrate touch keys. PLEASE DO THIS AND ILL BE HAPPY

I got this as my first smart phone as well and I personally love it. It's easy to mess around with and way better than my last flippy phone. It's also really nice an cheap =)

I hate this phone... The screen freezes constantly, and today it just stopped working (the screen) Text don't send or come in on time. Incredibly hard to use because of the constant glitches and freezing. Do yourself a favor, and spend a little more and get something way better

I love this as my first smart phone. finally gave up on my flip phones mainly because of no desire to text on those it was so difficult and time consuming. I use it for unltd talk and text and no web data, which is fine because I prefer my laptop for web use. great buy at only $50 for an upgrade from flip phone to smart phone!

Jerikaa(:, 26 Mar 2014i just bought this phone a couple weeks ago, brand new! and... moreI have this phone too right now im typing fast and its awfully slow alcatel is piece of shit I can download the best games because of small amount of memory only carries 1.36 GB thats sad anf fked up all my friends have games like ashpault and frontline commando 2 this phone has thw worst processor u can imagine... my old phone the Samsung SCH-R350 (qwerty phone) is faster then this piece of sht DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! Alcatel one touch fierce and evolve came out together and the fierce game first why they called it Evolve if it downgraded?! Terrible phone dont get this.

i just bought this phone a couple weeks ago, brand new! and it freezes everytime i get off the internet, the front camera is dark, and doesn't show good quality. as well as the back.and, the censors are messed up. i click one thing and it does something different. so, i no have to find a new phone and switch out, this phone is awful.. i don't recommend this phone to anyone!

I just brought the Alcatel and it's the first time I own a smart phone, I always had a grandma phone, the flip flop. I'm have a very hard time learning this phone. It's not friendly user phone, even with the manual. Is there a website where it will teach you how to use it?

I recently got this phone and the battery runs down in about 13 hours. It also takes me 6 hours to fully charge the battery again. Do I need a new battery? Everything else works fine.

jade, 15 Mar 2014this phone is not bad at all I do Skype and lots more stuff... moreHi Jade, When you Skype do people ever tell you that the pic is dark? I have the app on the phone but people are always saying the picture is very dark and no I am not covering up the front camera with my finger. Even when just trying to take a regular "selfie" the pic is dark, but if I switch the camera around the colors, etc are great.

I think they should make a software update for this phone one that increases the battery, lets u turn off the 3 touch lights and the setting should have a black background cuz white drains ur battery more. Also silent mode should not vibrate it should let u change that. And fix the heating problem my phone gets hott after 5 mins

the phone is an utter dissapointment
