I've had not one issue with this phone it's great actually compared to the Stylo I had before.

this hone sucks I have nothing nut problems it drops calls or ends them but wont actually end the call I have to restart it to use it it restarts it self on its own over heats the phone sucks wont own another one. when I try to use certain features it tells me system ui has stopped working DONT GET THIS PHONE!!!!

This the worse phone ever!!! it over heats, the battery plug is week this is my second Alcatel not by choice. the first one I had the battery charged slow and the battery life was week. I called the insurance company they sent other phone out 2 months later same thing happen save your money people and get rid of this bull crap phone!!!

Kaykay , 18 Aug 20163 days after I purchased my phone I turned it off to charge... moreI just started to post the same identical review you posted. I mean word for word. everything you said, happen to me. Three days after I purchased the same phone, I Had the exact same problems.now after three months it doesn't work at all. I paid over 100.00$ and I am really upset. never can get through to customer service.we had three of these phones in my family and all three do not work at all after only three months.

I guess you get what you pay... more3 days after I purchased my phone I turned it off to charge it.Then when I tried to turn it back on it was hell! 3 other members of my family purchased the same phone,they had the same problem.my granddaughter got mad when she couldn't get her phone to come back on and just busted it up.Now my phone gets so hot it cuts off,does weird things and places call on its own.I have just had this phone for 3 months and it hasn't been but problems and you can't get Customer service to answer because by the time you get through to them the phone is so hot it cuts off.This phone has major problems.

After charging the phone I have to restart it because immediately after charging it's NOT operable. It doesn't all always reboot, every time I restart the phone I pray that it comes back on because sometimes it takes longer than the 10 second restart the Manuel instructs you to. I am so beyond buyers remorse, I LOATH THIS PHONE, IT'S NOT RELIABLE. Am Obama phone is more reliable!! If you're thinking of purchasing this phone DON'T!!

The only problem I've had with LG is that it came preloaded with so many apps, that the memory left is minimal. Other than that, the LG is a better quality phone with more vibrant colors etc....

The photos that The rear camera and back camera take are very dark on the xl and the cameras are very dark too.
And it seems Everytime I take a photo the image it stores had worse quality than when I was aiming the camera.
I hope there'll be a fix or upgrade to fix that issue soon but other than that I have had no other problems with the phone except it losing power while it was on the charger.

I guess I should consider myself lucky that outside of the low volume (can't hear anyone unless I put them on speaker!) the calendar DOES NOT register any events added. I'm more than dissatisfied with this phone and wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. I sure wish I'd did my research first...it sucks!!

Alcatel onetouch fierce xl is the worst phone i have ever bought. I chose this phone when i was due for Metro PCS upgrade. Within 3 days the phones screen started turning black,the only remedy was to long press the power buttom for it to restart. I returned the phone back to Metro PCS, it took 5 days for it to be replaced. The replaced Alcatel xl phone was even worse, it fails to charge. I guess i wasted Almost $100.00 for this piece of gabbage. ( Metro pcs upgrade fee $15, phone $59,case $15 and tax.) Dont be the next victim.

instagram is a nightmare for every phone, pc, laptop, etc , even the newest,
burdened by the processor that needs to take a large number of new videos and pictures that are updated every 2 minutes
so , uninstall the application and log via your favorite browser ( Chrome , Opera , etc )

This phone have very very problems whit instagram videos, is very slowly to see this. Im copy the url and play in google and work perfect. Im not understanding whats the problem. I have 3 phone whith the same problem

I don't understand if everyone is having the same problems why they are SELLING these phones and calling them better then all the rest. The Alcatel Fierce XL is the WORST. With no help from Metro (Corporate) store where I bought it, because Im an existing customer I cant return or exchange......WOW sound like hostage to me. The Independent stores I went to told me THEY DONT sell them anymore for about 4 months took all off the shelves because they had SOOOOOOO many problems wasn't worth it. So im out $60 (because of my discount) and now have to PURCHASE AT FULL PRICE (VERY EXPENSIVE) because I already used my discount on a piece of crap that doesn't work. Got to love it.
