The battery... moreSame problem every charger I get gifts to the point where it falls out the phone only stays charged for maybe 15 minutes worth of talk time at most and it will only charge to 12%. I have only had this phone for 3 months and it's done this every since I bought it. I took it in Day gave me options for settings and waited until after the trial. Was up to tell me that there was nothing I could do about it and I was just stuck with it. I am so mad at them because it was a waste of money I would have went with Verizon and pay the deposit. Metro and T Mobile their 1 in the same and they're easy to get a phone from but the service and the phones in all reality are worthless in the long run. You only convenience is is that you can get one and you can get unlimited service but what they don't tell you is that service is very limited because everywhere I go I have no bars on my phone no reception I couldn't even called nine one and one when my grandson quit breathing other night and I had to bars and it would not make the call and that is scary. I actually had I believe it was a blueberry about four five years ago that was an awesome phone when I switch from Verizon to metro pcs and every since then there's never been another phone like it they told me the Furious Excel was one of their best selling phones but I'm not seeing it

I just bought the Alcatel Fierce two weeks ago. The battery, even if plugged in by the cord. constantly loses its power. This I don't understand. How if aphone is plugged in to charge, not charge. My Metro salesmam said this is the best phone to by. My Samsung dinosaur worked better than this!

better descriptions of what the problem is given in general does not work or only the screen does not show , first check whether the battery is empty and restart the phone you're holding power button 10 sec

The only problem I had with this phone is that when a call came in it would auto answer. I ended up having to do a factory reset and everything worked great after that. I actually love this phone its one of the best I have ever owned. Sorry that ya'll are having such troubles I hope you can work them out. I personally would recommend this phone to anyone based on my own personal experience.

Quinn, 24 Mar 2016When people call me I can hear them but they can't hear me!... moreI hate this piece of crap ive had 3 pf them now and each one samr problem, the sim keeps un-mounting it self, have to ture it off take out the sim and put it back in, restart it then maybe it works or maybe I have to do it 15 times before the damn thing works, untill I try to do anything at all and it tells me I don't have a sim installed agian. Don't buy it

Crystal , 01 Apr 2016I'm having the same problem but its the opposite I can't he... moreThis phone is useless am very upset..first my keyboard wouldn't pop up for texting had to do a master cleanup ...erased all my info...next day can't hear anyone that is calling in..worse phone I ever had..always was a Sprint customer...need help right now on how to hear the other party..they tell me it only rings ones and it hangs up on it's own..not a happy camper

Now I see alot of people saying bad things on this phone it's actually good the battery is good storage camera is decent.....the only 2 issues i have with this phone is that on instagram a Replay icon blinks for along time then it finaly plays after like 5 mins or longer it sucks and my other issue is that when I'm litening to music on the phones music player (Mix)(which is the worst music player) it sometimes randomly cuts parts of songs thats really bad I dont recomend this phone it's kinda bad.......oh yeah I almost forgot the worst part the .......emojis there really ugly and most of them u can't see them its really bad

Worst phone I've ever owned. Most recently after everything else in this phone, my alarm clocks dont work anymore. Without Wi-Fi all apps are offline. Nothing will work through the network. I spend more time deleting than typing with its shitty keyboard and touchscreen. And because its a cheap phone every 10 mins metro sends a msg half the time it freezes the phone. Don't buy it, something else has been going wrong every day.

Jeanette, 04 Apr 2016Why can't I see who is calling me or answer it on my Alcate... morethe only way i habe been able to fix this issue is to do a master reset on the device....yes be aware that information that is not saved wil be erased from the device. in doing this your device will go back to factoy settings as in it will be in the original out of box form!!!!

It won't turn off my password without erasing everything and the automatic answer will not give me an option to turn it off. Automatic answer is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of
