the clock is the problem. it keep snooze off for 5 mins and play the ringtone again.....i believe this is will be going on for the whole day and the phone doesnt even let me shut it down

how to wireless update alcatel flash 2. mine always says that it's up to date even if it's not. can someone tell me what wrong with my phone?

Just as a user for less than a year. I belive they need to stop selling these phones. The Alcatel Fierce is cheaply made. And dose not even work with basic funtions half the time. msg or phone. But hey if you dont mind waiting 6 or more hours for a simple 5 word msg or 30 second voicemail then this is the phone for you, for the rest of the world stop wasting our time and money.

Wow Anonymous, i am having the same exact issue. the battery keeps draining really fast.

this phone is the worst im having nothing but problems ...cant get picture in my text ...it been taken over by some odd administrator ...alcatel cant even help me ...only had it two months ....use it for work ...battery wont charge up takes 12 hour .....help me

The battery don't stay change... It go from 100% to 32% in 30mins... It sucks... Anyone else having this problem..

I want this phone back...never had a problem with it, and didn't need data to send pics....ever! Got a new Samsung for more memory and regret it.

Ok. My phone started to muck up. Im not sure if its a virus or not. But Facebook Messenger doesn't work and my phone continuously crashes. It started doing this after my internet started giving me problems about two weeks ago. The internet is better but the phone is not. Will factory resetting it kill viruses or help make this thing work again? Someone please help.

I don't know what phone everyone else has but iv'e had absolutely no problems with this phone since I bought it dec. 2014. Yes the picture quality is terrible but what do you expect from a 30 dollar phone?

Rob, 19 Jan 2016I have a Alcatel fierce xl. and it stopped down loading pic... moreGo to settings, mobile networks, access point name's, then click on the the dots at the top right hand click reset to default, then restart the phone. Should work does about 99 percent of the time when fixing thus issue for a customer.
