My boyfriend purchased his phone on 4/19, I purchased mine on 4/20 from the same place. We both have the same issues. People say we sound as if we are under water. Today we both received new phones (same one of course). Guess what? Same issue! Unbelievable!

I love my Alcatel one touch I has given me no problems at all. It must have been something particularly wrong about the phone you had. Please do not blame T Mobile or all the phones sheesh!

4th day with it, but only tried to use it since yesterday. " 4g In use" and I cant watch videos! 2 youtube videos started to play today after like 5 minutes but I gave up because it kept reloading. Yesterday I tried to fast forward one video and it kept stopping it. When I click any link it takes FOREVER to go to it. Everything takes some time to load. Playstore... took like an hour to download netflix. Today I reset the phone but its all the same! Im going to try and return it.

If you are considering this phone, PLEASE do not buy it! I purchased one 3 months ago and it began to reboot every time I answered an incoming call or pressed an app icon. Got the phone replaced and the replacement is now doing the same thing after 30 days of use. A much more reliable phone with more features in the same price range would be the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit. I also have one of these as a work phone and it works awesome. STAY AWAY from any Alcatel phone!!

This phone seriously needs to be discontinued I mean yeah its cheap but I'd rather just spend the money on an actual good phone. This piece of crap phone is horrible I haven't had my phone for 5 months yet and it freezes up on me,my phone is just slow and I don't download apps like that. Whoever made this needs to go back to the drawing board..ASAP.......

I've Only had my Alcatel One Touch for a month and now it won't turn on but when I plug it in to a charger the white light to tell me it's charging comes on but the screen stays black I have tried to factory reset the phone but still nothing happened there are some serious bugs on these phones

My old galaxy phone had a button with a microphone symbol on it that you can touch then speak and it converts it to text. I want to do it with my one touch but can't figure it out. Are you saying you know how? If so please help!

It has shut off 2 times in the t... moreI've had this phone for about 5 months i think and within those 5 months i have had to change the phone at least 10 TIMES!!!!! this phone sucks. it restarts randomly and constantly throughout the day. and when it restarts it doesn't go to sleep so i have to restart it again. I've taken it back and all they can do is give me a new one but each phone has the same issue. it can be reading an e-mail sending a text about to call and the phone just goes off. and it stays stuck a lot. i know it's not a expensive phone but s**t - it's still over a hundred bucks.

It is a horrible phone, it is so pathetic that I wouldn't give it to my 3 year old to play with. It has a fully charged battery and won't turn on and is stuck in headphone mode so there is no speakers. This all happened within a couple weeks of getting the phone.

"Audio profiles", tap the settings of General, then you can select it. Or you can assign it to each specific Contacts.

Two things bad: the screen color is very inaccurate, (the white color looks light-blue), and the rear camera is fixed focus that may have blurry images. Other than above, it is a very practical, and good to use low-budge smartphone. You will have the original Android v4.2.2 experience. No vendor add-on modifications.

This phone sucks. The second day with it the lockscreen got stuck and I cant let it sleep or it will get stuck again.

My phone keeps turning off. Everytime i go at least 10 minutes without turning it on then i turn it on or open an app it turns off. It soes the blue android guy, then one touch fierce power screen, and the metro pcs screen. Every freaking time. Im really tired of this piece of crap.
