This is by far the worst phone I have ever had in my entire life, and I am not over exaggerating. I have been forced to buy a new phone even though I just got the phone two months ago. The phone is saying that I Dont ha e any storage to received my messages so I deleted all my old conversations and quite a few apps and it is still saying it, so now I delete a lot of photos and videos that I Dont need ..still the same message. It has gotten so bad that now it is saying that I can't make phone calks or receive my alarms because I Dont ha e enough space. I ha e a sim card that is compatible with this phone and yet it is still saying the same message. I have never hated a phone so much in my life

Plain and simply, these phones are junk! Was given to me by insurance company who said they couldn't get me a replacement Samsung which I think is a line of crap! This is the second one they've given me and its failing fast. To many issues to list. Just know that they're junk! Also cancelled the insurance...

Have had this phone for a year and a half. It's been a great phone with one exception, there is very little memory in the phone itself. Even after moving apps, etc. to the SIM card, there is still not enough memory to update apps like Facebook, etc. Also don't like the fact that the battery cannot be replaced. Pictures are nice and sharp, sound is clear and sharp. I've not had a bit of trouble with this phone and I would highly recommend it to anyone for kids or teens that don't need to be downloading or updating apps.

For the battery issue go to display settings and lower the brightness as much as you can, that will make a huge difference on how much your battery last

I had this phone for almost 2 years it kinda of a shitty phone.... It will delete songs without you noticing . when answering the phoneit will go black every time you try to end the call it turns black.One good thing is the screen is tough but not the phone it self I drop my phone on the street when skating and screen had a weird color on it and it just stop working but the screen wasn't cracked.... Plus it cost me $20 for the phone plan pretty cheap but still have it

I've had the alcatel one touch fierce for a year and a half now, and it's a piece of shit. It will randomly shut off, even when the battery is at a high percentage, close apps for no reason, and making calls is horrible. The screen will go dark or flash and tapping it doesn't do anything, but pressing the power button ends the call. Good luck using the front facing camera seeing as how the lense doesn't pick up any light, and the back camera doesn't focus. The flash is useless, especially on a camera app such as Snapchat. The only good thing I have to say about this phone is the screen will probably never break, which I've tested well when throwing the phone out of anger towards it.

I've had my One touch 2 for about 3 months now & I have to say, this phone, simply is a piece of junk. Almost every time I make a call, when I hit the "end call" & get a black screen & get no sign of life, no matter how hard I try. Actually, a few times, I've had to pop the back cover & pull the battery. I'd have to agree, the attractive price doesn't hide this phones down sides.

This is the worst phone someone could ever buy. This phone is so horrible. The front camera takes horrible pictures and the back camera doesn't focus. The flash stopped working after a month that I bought it, the phone randomly turns off, and it super slow. Please do your self a favor and don't even consider buying this.... You'd be better of with a flip phone.
