I have had the phone for 14+ months, to date the only issues are:
When I bought this phone from Target it had a Brightspot mini sim card installed. The company wouldn't let me use my T Mobile account, they said I had to open a new one with them. So I bought a new T Mobile mini sim card for $9.00 and then called T Mobile to have it activated with my account number ... problem solved! I now connect via WiFi for data, phone calls and HTML internet for no cost when the WiFi connection is available.
If I use auto turn off ... the phone will not sync to my Ford Bluetooth connection until I re-sync both the phone and the car; that's annoying! Also the Bluetooth adapter to my desk top doesn't work, I am still looking for a blue tooth driver for same; can only USB cable the phone to the desktop to sync contacts and calendar (old school).
Other than that I have a smart phone that I use with a pay as you go account, average cost of $100.00 a year to have all the technology without having to pay $40.00 - $100.00 per month!

I have not one good thing about these phones. I have never hated my cell phone so much until I got this crap. There's no need of it idk about other people but I paid almost 200$ on mine including the card. You should refund everyone and stop making phones.

I truly wish I would have seen this forum BEFORE buying not one, but TWO Alcatel One Touch Fierce phones; almost every complaint listed here is happening with our phones! When we first got them, my phone didn't seem to connect with the charger correctly. My husband thought I perhaps bent the USB part of the charger, so I began to use his. No difference. STUPIDLY I did not take back to store because I thought it was my mistake in some way. Now three months later my husband's phone will not charge AT ALL! We have to take his battery out of his phone, put it in my phone, and charge it! AND if my phone is not placed on a flat surface with a matchbook or piece of something near the connection, holding it just right, it won't make a connection and charge!!!! Ridiculous! We changed from AT&T because we thought this would be more affordable; but we never had this much annoyance with our ridiculous GoPhones!!!!! I won't even go into the rest of the problems, it doesn't matter. My husband was basically told-even with insurance on phone, it will still be the cost of the original phones to replace. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not right people!

Ear plugs gently plugged in when taken out there has been no volume if in listening to talkvradio and wishcto browse or fb bam my show is unplugge ivr been there twice a week for11 months if they send it back instead of the lg of wanted it wouldn't have happened m is the lesson here don't trust t mobile?????? Sorry but I'm from the old country where phones were nearly free this phone caused me to become more ill i hate this phone don't buy it.

Ive had this phone for about a year and never had any problems with it never.cuts off never took a ime to turn on and plays game watch tv on it have lots of music and pics never any issues with memory or wifi use can make calls just wish it had a bigger screen thats all

Well I got this phone in January and it has glitched alot, but I always end up fixing it, there is an app you can get for it wouldn't get glitch it's called CM Security so my phone is good for now, but the front camera really sucks it takes the pictures too dark, so I don't really like that.

I just bought this phone yesterday and it is already glitching. It turned off today for no reason at 60% battery and I couldn't get it to cut back on. I finally took the battery out and put it back in and then it cut back on. Then I was trying to call my fiance earlier because our 1 month old is sick and it wouldn't go through...It has signal and it is also running off of our Wi-Fi. I thought maybe that it was an error on his end so I called my mom and it did the same thing so I had to reboot my phone. Not a reliable phone at all so I am returning it today.

when it dies it takes at least 5 hours to turn back on. fully charged battery? wont turn on. take out the battery and put it back in? wont turn on. Buy a NEW battery? won't turn on. Plug it in to charge? won't charge. MAYBE it'll work for a little while if you get a new one, but it is SO not worth the investment

I just got my Alcatel one touch phone and every time I want to use it after like 5min or so its starts getting hot when I JUST GOT IT A WEEK AGO!I don't understand the problem.I really like the phone but I don't like the fact that it gets so hot I can use it😖🙅

horrible phone!!! restarts without any warning...will not let you download pictures from emails..call information is unavailable...missed calls are unable to find the correct time they were missed.. unbelievable how this phone is supposed to be a upgrade from the first fierce.. Because this phone does not function correctly.. how this piece of junk is not recalled for just plain sucking...I have no idea

My first Alcatel 1 worked way better than the upgraded 2, I have more problems of staying connected to the internet, and then it keeps telling me to upgrade my sims card witch was a waste of $25 it didn't even work. And I can never send text pictures, and some text pictures sent to me won't download. This was a disapointment for a phone.I wished I had never bought it now I have to wait till next yr . I will never refer this phone to anyone. I've lost money buying this phone this was not worth what I spent on it.

Worst phone I've ever used. Randomly restarts even in conversations and the power button spontaneously ceases to work. Stick to a TracFone.

AnonD-376345, 18 Mar 2015It's a good deal at MetroPCS's $30 price point but my Alcat... morethis phone changes time zones and changes to military time about once a week ,some times in the nite time while it is charging ,and im asleep. it will also call some else while im talking to a person .it deletes contacks and has switched peoples numbers ,once puting my own number in the place of my sisters number .not worth any amount of money ,the agravation is just not worth it.

this is a bad phone . it has deleted contacks. there is no way to see missed call details .so i never know at what time i missed the call what date or if am or pm . there is also no way to block pest callers i hav one that calls 7 times a day this is the worst cell phone i hav ever used worthless piece of junk.
