Finished all the setup requirements and all. When we tried answering an incoming call and swiped to the right (green handset icon), the screen goes black and shows the Flash 2 logo for a few seconds before going to the lock screen.
Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix?

my alcatel flash 2 has been virus it can't be formatted .for replacement. useless my money wasted on this one

I bought one Alcatel flash 2 phone today.it'sa big problem when I open and check it's have battery 69% after 3 minutes it's left only19% . How can I solve this problem?

been using this phone for 2 days and I must say for the price I'm pretty impressed by the performance of this phone, the fingerprint scanner is amazingly fast, the camera is really good too, the screen is big and crisp, overall I'm pretty satisfied with this product, the only downside is it stutters a little with graphically intensive games and it doesn't come with screen protector and earphones,for the price this phone is definitely a steal, no other brands can beat this at the moment in terms of price/performance.

Alcatel flash 2 use 1 day only. Last night can charge normally..today tried to charge but not charging anymore. Use original cable . anyone know whats the problem n how to fix it.
