The phn was better.. But after updating it from the official update, the phn gets hanging problem, software isnt work problem..is their any solution to downgrade the latest update

I just bo... moresettings- more- mobile data networks connection and mark your operator then back to 3G service and enable 3G service , but in 'acces point names' may need to adapt to postpaid or prepaid , so best to seek instructions from your mobile operator to activate this service for me on this way ; in "acces point names" , then the name ( the name of your operator entries , for example, *ONE Internet* then in APN internet. and APN mark to enable.

Anonymous, 05 May 2016Dont scare us,we know your just a team from other companyi'm not scaring anybody, i'm just saying i'm so unlucky to have a defective unit. and there's no way it will be fixed because Alcatel has no dedicated service center. they only have third party crapy service centers. unlike iphone, samsung, sony etc... anyways, i learned my lesson in buying cheap phones. so to those who experienced no issues with this phone. i congratulate you!

phone is awesome! but after only 3 months of use, it died suddenly. i guess i've got what i paid for. poor me.... how i wish Alcatel has a good service center in town. i'll avoid Alcatel phones in the future...

Can anyone help me how to turn on my mobile data. I just bought it and I received it today.. but the H+ or 3g is not displaying. The worst is no simply 2 slot signal displayed on the the upper screen.. what happen? Please help ;(

i had been using alcatel flash 2 since 6 months , it was little issue with the speaker sound but now there is big issue of no heating sensor leads to overheat and stop functions . After the phone hangs you can not use any of the app ( app will not open) when you try to reboot or shutdown it will not start until it became cool (takes minimum 15 o 20 minutes and it repeats twice a day.
sometimes camera does not support the flash at all.
if any one has this solution please post .

its time for alcatel (tcl) to announce the alcatel flash 3..cause the redmi 3 , meizu m3 , lenovo a6020/k5 ..have better spec

the alcatel flash 2 is actually one of the best budget phones today!! its just underrated compared to xiaomi,meizu or lenovo
