Hi Guys. Have you experience yet not seeing the front cam button on your camera app? Mine has been like this for 2 days already and I can't seem to find what went wrong or did I accidentally turned it off or something.

I'm disappointed with alcatel for the lack of updates this phone is getting, since getting this phone late October Last year only 1 update I have received and that's all.. the phone needs better ram management and stability fixing :(

It has been two weeks now and the "menu" button only show active/running apps when tapped, at least for me. Take note, I did a factory reset after a week of observation/usage to fix the problem with the front camera. Any suggestion?

Is it just my phone or is the screen less responsive when charging the phone? The screen becomes normal after plugging out the charger tho.
