Anonymous, 30 Nov 2016is the os this phone upgradeable...No, Alcatel is 'wellknown' brand for abandoning their products from software upgrade. They only care about sales, so you can upgrade OS by buying their 'new' model of phones (i.e.: flashplus2), this flashplus was outdated.

Natch, 09 Sep 2016we have the same problem I had the same problem before. i had it fixed with an authorized service center. Good thing mine was still under warranty then. If not, the speaker replacement is PhP700 plus service fee of Php350.

Has anyone tried updating their Facebook app? Since I can't update with the new version, I uninstalled mine and it went back to the very outdated version after re-installation. Probably because we still have the old Kitkat version. Do you have any tips how I can update my Facebook app without any error showing up? Thanks.

You can play Pokemon Go with android version 4.4.4. Download the pokemon go apk and run it will works. Pokemon Go version 47.1 working fine.

how to fix it?to what is quickly consumes battery could be a few reasons;
as well as programs running in the background. facebook, instagram, snapchat, messenger, Netflix, Outlook, etc,
another reason to turn off the data connection when you do not need ,
also to put the display in low light, and delete or disable apps that you do not use it
just as well to do the factory data reset to empty the system of unnecessary data, but only if you do not root your phone
But there are other tricks that can improve battery performance and that rule is that the battery is not discharged below 25% and not be charged more than 95%, which means hold between these percentages, with everyday small Recharging because that hold the battery in good shape and to know in both cases if the battery is below 25% or above 95%, then decreases for one cycle of the battery , and knowing that there is 500-1500 cycles (depending on the producers) ,However, with this method you can avoid counting and extends the life of the battery, however, once a week, turn off the phone overnight.
Try, the difference is obvious , if your battery is not spent all cycles and then have to replace it with a new one.
