this phone sucks....viewing the gallery will pissed you off...it gone exit while viewing photos on my gallery...gaming always exit even if you clean off ram before starting game...

another disappointment on alcatel....this might be another abandon mobile, still there no news on lollipop update and refinement on this mobile, while other manufacturers experienced the beauty and luxury of lollipop update on their products.... games geting restarted, gallery viewing gets always lags...

newbie din, 17 Jun 2015check your Access Point Names on the settings..always choos... morethanks @padU it's only on APN settings in globe because APN for postpaid was set in my phone. There's APN setting's for prepaid. Mobile data now in my AFP is active.

I had this AFP last June 8 from Lazada.Based on my experience, I had a problem when it comes to mobile data. It didn't detect 3G connection in Globe but can do detect 4G signal. But in areas wherein only 3G (Globe) is available, there's no mobile data. Please help me guyz what's the solution with my problem. thanks.

I have been using this for almost 3 weeks. Camera is very good, as well as its battery and processing performance. But application is not as smooth as I expected: although it's quite fast, I sometimes experience freeze (and usually followed by restart) and the phone gets warm (toward hot) if there are too many opened applications. But even when there are many applications opened, it doesn't give significant effect to overall performance.
In general, I like this phone, maybe it will need one or two updates to overcome the above problem.

I'm quite impress by the performance of the phone. Battery is superb. camera is good (front and back) speaker and display is great.
Looks so elegant.. and thin.
I recommend this phone to those to love social media and displaying thier phone.. :)

This phone is nice; but after using almost 2 week, i'm facing problem with low signal. I just mail to customer support and they will release update for signal problem. I hope they will keep the promise to solve my signal problem.

What is the difference about the alcatel one touch flash to alcatel one touch flash plus? And how about the price here in the phillipines. ?
