I love this phone but when it comes about using monopod or selfie stick.they're all not compatible with alcatel flash plus Either wired or bluetooth.. And this disappoints me..even yunteng brand of monopod still no..any suggestion what should i do ..if i have to download apps or program any settings of my phone

First of all there are no available update to lollipop until now and i think you will be forever stock to its stock version kitkat unless u flash a custom rom lollipop (rooted) beware of bugs, next is you cannot save any application to sd card its just for pictures,videos,movies,and docs only unless you rooted your phone and install link2sd beware rooting can cause major damage if you dont know how its just two of the major factor to consider but overall the AFP is a very convient device specially in battery factor and display, performance

when you buy the phone in the store, then give you a fiscal receipt and warranty card, where it says address and telephone number of an authorized service in your town , look in the box.

Agusto, 10 Feb 2016If you say , a lot off bug....what about another brand...do... moreI am facing issue with the network on my alcatel flash 2. I have a bill plan that offers me 1 GB 4G and then 2G unlimited. My bill date is 8th.
Problem is : as soon as 4g is enabled on the new bill cycle, my 2nd sim network is lost. for this issue only i submitted my phone to service centre 4 times and they were not able to fix it.
They fix the issue but not the root cause. 3 days back i got my phone back from service centre and on 8th as soon as 4G is back, network on 2nd sim is lost.

Is this phone(alcatel Flash Plus same with ALCATEL ONETOUCH FLASH PLUS?i'm really confused, I was at lazada looking for a phone to buy, saw these two.
ALCATEL FLASH PLUS costs 6,790.00 while ALCATEL ONETOUCH FLASH PLUS is 7,390.00 but they have the same/identical back cover, help!

the only downside is this phone is tuck with Kitkat.
No more updated firmware to lollipop
