Flash Plus 2 batteries are for sale on Lazada also. About $15usd. There's a video on YouTube on how to do it....it's easy.

Time to say goodbye with this phone. The battery was drained so fast, charging problems, youtube video didn't played properly, heating up so fast to the point it's starting hurts my hand and so on. It's not even two years, my previous Android one is cheaper and lasted more than this. So sad.

Hi! Been using Alcatel FP2 since December 2016. There's been issue about the charging. But if I use original chargers from other brands like Samsung, it's working well. I still like the camera. But the device sometimes messes up. It would hang up ang turn off on its own. That being said, I stopped updating the stock apps. I hate them. Overall, I still use it now. Even for my video calls, it's still doing its job. Just be sure there's still enough space and not overloading it with apps.
