Feel free to voice o... moreI have a problem with my flash plus 2 16gb viant's touch screen has stopped working but the fingerprint scanner is still functional same ast the power button and volume but the screen is not responding to my touches... im trying to turn it off but i cant, because it needs to be confirmed on the screen, may i know some other way for me to force shut down my phone? Or solutions to solve this problem. Please help me thank you
