My flash 2 phone won't charge when the phone is on. But it charge when the unit is turn off. Please help thanks.

Hey guys , i'm having an issue which really make me crazy .
The memory card will be automatically 'eject' or get remove from phone once i unplug the charger , everytime . It's really annoying me .
I will need to manually take out and reinsert the memory card so that I can browse the file which stored in memory card.
Anyone of you having the same issue ? I'm looking for any idea to solve it . Please do share with me if you have any idea . Thanks in advance .
Details of phone :
Flash plus 2 , 2gb/16gb , running android 6.0 , kernel version 3.18.22 .

my phone is not working, i start to regret cause bought this phone, i think my huawei y3ii is better than this phone. i cannot play a game,keep ask me to uninstall a game because 'something wrong' shit. i don't care about camera, its really2 bad, i have experience from alcatel pop d3, pixi and this 'rubbishpiece', but i really love the system and what the spec that tcl offered. please fix this.

I don't know but the camera of my fp2 is very bad when its dark its that normal?
