The front cam is also very dark when you use it on messenger video or any front cam related app

When I put my earphones or speaker on my phone through the jack port, the music's volume is decreasing and increasing constantly and automatically, but when I check the volume, it is still the same. What do you think is the problem?

I have alcatel one flash and after six monhts heavy used battery is like a balloon and distroyed the LCD. NEVER AGAIN ALCATEL, BA BOOO

Ive had my last phone for 3 years, i just wanted to upgrade. Unfortunately, i was on a tight budget so i got FP2, which was really affordable. Now i got a little more for my phone budget, i cant have 2 phones so im considering of letting go of FP2.

I regret getting this phone. I totally regret it! Im not a selfie type of person but i use the front camera for 3rd party apps like fb messenger and viber when talking to friends and family bec i am away from home.

Front camera is as dark as hell even in normal lighting (ex. Living room / bedroom) especially at night. Selfies done under low lights (say in a parking lot) are just simply black. Just black!

I have to always adjust camera settings too when taking pictures (selfie or back/rear camera) just to make the photo brighter. Thats very tedious and annoying. And, im not talking about 3rd party apps anymore. Its the phone's camera itself.
.
I dont know if its just my unit from Lazada or this happens in general. Their community center has nothing to say.
.
Now i miss my Xperia Acro-S. Even if the front camera is just around 2Mp, at least people im on video calls with know its me they're talking to is not someone in a dark room.
