Of course, i do appreciate the phone but very unfortunately to me it fall and break from my hand pls how do i get the touch screen or the calibrator?

Good phablet. Owned one from last year February till January this year when it broke. I have been waiting for Alcatel to give us an updated version of this hero but its in vain. I need something with a big battery "6.0" Display 3gb and above and over 32Gb RAM. I found all these on Samsung A9.

Excellent phone gave it to my father.....Unfortunatelly Alcatel provide poor update services...It has good CPU but probably will stay on KitKat forever.....It has the potential to run lolipop with no issues....
That´s why I prefer Lenovo over Alcatel

The Phone is a great choice, toltal value for money .. once you buy the phone you will be talking about it to everyone and impressing them !!
BUT once you start facing any kind of service support, your frustration will start ...
First you will not be able to find the service station easily, then once you reach there you will be asking to leave the phone with them for indefinite period .. you might be away with your phone for not days, not weeks but MONTHS !! .. my phone has been with the service center for 2 months and there is no concrete reply from their side !!
So think before you buy !

But I bought it because the screen is super awesome and it's very cheap compared to the features!

Is all about customer satisfaction. Otherwise I woudn't buy an Alcatel product one after the other. If I may add, Alcatel has improved a lot since I started buying their products. 5 years ago I would notice only a few customers would bother to take a look at their kiosks. I thought they deserve more attention back then. Now I am delighted to see more people troop to Alcatel kiosks and patrionizing their products. That's because they make quality products at very affordable. Need I say more? Oh, I just can't help but recall an instant a colleague made a remark on my Alcatel phone, implying that her Samsung phone is superior. I thought-'Just because its a Samsung? '. But in terms of performance, design, camera, etc. I know that my Alcatel is definitely superior. Period.
