KitKat for idol2 it's ganna be at the end of this week because it took a lotle longer to optimize perfectly... I better wait for a quality soft than to have a bad soft like on samsung that crash every day and consume a lot of energy

It was some problem with Android application and it was not working. But I still think it is better smart phone with its battery life, quality and stylish. Now still need Hero2 in my hand. Please in Cambodia in cheaper price cuz many students need it.

Never buy Alcatel product's. They dont care about his customers at all. Trust me. I have Idol2 and wait for update more than half year. They dont respond on mail's and so on. Very bad company and customer support. Never again Alcatel.

[deleted post]With outdated features and technology this is probably the worst products you could ever go with. For starters let's discuss the "one touch fierce" which is anything but fierce with a horrible 5.0 megapixel camera and a laggy quad core processor. Even on a tight budget i recommend skipping these products and saving for a better smart phone

I also want to buy the Pop C9 and Hero. Then there is now the Hero2 which I hope will be available soon. Im totally hooked on Alcatel. I just want to buy all of their phones!
