Does anybody know how to retrieve an icon after you have deleted it from the display. I did this by accident with my Contacts and now I am devastated that I can't find it. Thank you.

I have Alcatel Idol 2 for month. I bought it new. Tonight when I put it on charger the keyboard an all commands went CRAZY. None of the commands responds the way it should be. fe. "i tap phone book an it opens settings, i want to write something and it just wont let me do it, I type G and he responds kdfhlkfk and send it by itself".....and so on
When a turned off the charger everything went back to normal.
Anybody knows what it could be??

Georgefrommkd, 18 Dec 2014I updated the software last week and i think that's the rea... morewhen i bought my phone it had the same problem as yours , when i connect the phone to the charger the touch goes crazy , so when i updated the phone to build 01003 it was fixed and i am now on update build 01005 and no problems so far ,

gorge maybe u use not his alcatel charger if u recharging battery on diferent charger maybe that makes like u said doing stuff by him self..

Loving the Idol 2, I was planning to get the Idol 2s but it was not available when i went looking. Great performance, GREAT design. Go for it.

when i solved my speaker problem i went in applications than i faund system update i deleted al things in there than i reset my phone..after that it works like at first i mean it stil is firmware 01003 but speaker sound just same like before...i couldnt listen even youtube videos it sounded so bad i couldnt even listen that creaking in sound
