Its Feb 2017 and still no marshmallow update. Was supposed to get the update after July or Aug 2016, its More than half a year. Never gonna buy Alcatel ever again. Phone's not bad, the updates are.

Probably an infected game. Might need to do factory reset. Recovery can help. Easier with twrp installed. Search for keys to enter recovery mode. Should be power + volume up.....keep pressing until the alcatel flash and the second time appears the logo then release.....see where it brings u.

Yes you can, but still part of the application remains in the internal memory to be able to work and when you move to sd card later may have problems with the application and if you accidentally pull your sd card outside of the phone there is a problem. ok keep in mind that each application can not be explicitly move to sd card, here's how to do this ,, settings - apps - all - select one and open, now slide the screen down then up and check whether it is possible to move to sd card.

Hi there, Im using this phone for 10 month, overall im very satisfied, until this morning my phone suddenly became bootloop when i open a game. I tried to turn off my phone by long press the power button, but when its turn on, it became bootloop again. Is anyone ever been like this? and any suggestion how to fix this? Many thanks

This phone has not been the best for me compared to others I have had in the past. As much as I loved the screen and size for watching videos and movies and for texting and being able to see whats on the screen without magnification, I've had issues with the physical phone itself. The phone has a very very thing screen that is easily damaged. It had cracked twice and had to have repair the screen many times and because of the uncommonness of the phone compared to others, the amount of time it took to fix and the lacking of screen for it, I have been out of a phone for weeks at a time. I also have a hard time finding actual durable cases for this phone because it is not supported by my go to protective case brand (Otterbox). I had tested 3 cases all of which chipped, broke, or just barely didn't fit the phone properly. Even with a case that had a flip cover to protect it had not work for me. As much as this has been and issue for me, everything else about the phone I have loved and enjoyed. It only became laggy when multiple programs that needed a lot of the phone to operate were running. I loved the speakers at the top and bottom of the phone as well as the dual microphones it possessed. If you are someone who doesn't necessarily take out their phone a lot or tend to fidget with their phone to much, this phone can be useful and enjoyed. If there is anything I could do to make this a less vulnerable phone to any kind outter force that I am missing or have not seen before I would love to know

Download another keyboard from play store. Change the keyboard to the new one in language and keyboard settings. That's it.
