How come the Vodafone smart platinum 7 is quick charge 3.0 but Alcatel idol 4s is version 2.0?

Be careful if you order this.
The European version doesn't seem to have a fingerprint scanner!
Best to order the north American version

The uk version vodafone smart platinum 7 is crap.
It doesn't have boomkey, there's voda bloatware, no sign of reversible speakers or nifty software like reversible os.
Get the north American idol 4s.

Seriously a d-ck move by Alcatel to only release the US version with a fingerprint scanner. In europe we pay more, we get less accessories and no fingerprint scanner...! Daf-ck!

The US Idol 4S has a finger print scanner on the back.
I know nothing about the Idol 4.
