Please dont gift\buy this model.. i am facing heavy network issue along with Airtel..its better do go with some known branded items..
There are many client and higher management calls were dropped due to network issue. you will get irritated and you will lose your reputation as well.'

I also owe same but not upgraded. can you pleae tell me what problems you are facing after upgrade

Guys there is network problem in this mobile so, while talking network will drop..Apart from that everything is good in this mobile, Oce it will fall down from your hand then glass will broke for sure. this has happen with me .no sure how much they will charge me for that..

i make factory reset to go back to jellybean version but it still on kitkat.

Does anyone know if regular headphones works with this phone?My ears are big and whenever i try using the ear phone that comes with a phone they constantly fall out, so i bought regular clip on head phone and it worked with my Blackberry.

Hi all
I've got a problem with my Alcatel X+ : when I use antivirus application to scan my phone , it warns that Devive Management is a malware
Unfortunately , this is a core app. installed when I upgraded my cell to Kitkat and the source was provided by phone's system . Therefore there's no way for me to uninstall this app (Device Management)
Could anyone advise me if it's really a dangerous app. or just a misunderstanding of the antivirus program ?
In case the danger is true , I guess we should be worried of this bcos Alcatel now sold phone activities to TCT ( a Chinese brand ) and what happened with Xiaomi may happen to our cells.

The phone seems another, a lot of aspects are now better but the more amazing thing is the increased life of the battery. Many thanks compatriot!!
