This is a very nice phone with 2Gb Ram + dual sim with good resolution and camera. I got this from snapdeal.com as it is not available in local market.( Pune, India).
The only thing is that it is mentioned that there is a memory card slot up to 32gb but i coudn't find it anywhere , any side. 2 micro sim slots from outside, one charging usb port, power on/off button and 3mmjack is there. Back cover doesn't open. So where is the card slot?
Please anybody help me.

however good this phone is it will never get any update because of mediatek chipset. and all phones using mediatek.

For God sake when IDOL X should be updated to Android 4.4 or at least 4.3 !!!!! , It is very strange no news on Google search , no news any where ! I really hate Alcatel for lack of support for this device !!! If any one know a good and certain news please let me know .

had this phone for 2 months,sometimes it works well and sometimes it doesnt.sometimes it just wont charge or turn on,sometimes it freezes and just wont turn off.does anyone know whats wrong or how to fix it? im pissed cause i have a two month for years.

great phone but my screen cracked for no apparent reason ,i did not drop it or do anything resulting cracking. do i still have warranty to fix my phone?
