Chatterfox, 07 Jan 2015How did you upgrade it? Kitkat is available for TCL version if you look around. It's only recommended for experimented user if you have the Alcatel version.

This problem for hotmail only.
Any suggestions ? Thnx for your reply.

I bought alcatel idol x ... moreSupport for bad alcatel its users no updates for Mobile , we should not punish them buy more products , the most outrageous is that brand as BLU offers upgrade to kikat at least in their mobiles , and Alcatel is much more, not able to update your mobil

2 thing happened made me go mad….
I bought alcatel idol x at 1850 L.E
Now alcatel idol x+ is 2150 L.E
And there is no upgrade for idol x till now… IDK Why…
