Hi can you guys help me? My phone now is 01005. I upgraded my phone to 01006. But in the middle of the download, i need to turn off the wifi and go somewhere else (which means i need to pause for a while). But when i tried to click download again to continue, it says "download failed. Please try again later." I tried to off on my phone several times and click the download button again but it failed. So what should i do?

if you ask about model, then i prefer alcatel idol x.
Idol x is smaller and more thin.
But when compare about spec, idol x+ is better

if you dont know the difference between 6040 and 6043 (X+), then it doesnt matter which one will you buy. X+ is newer, better and more expencive than 6040, but 6040 is great phone too...

I have two SIM Cards in my ALCATEL: One new from Telecom.de and the other from my old phone: Vodafone (Hungary). How can I copy my contact-list from my Vodafone Card to the new Card? Thanks for reply!

Please any one knows what can I do for mine which was unresponsive from yesterday suddenly (Lot of hang out and unfortunately stopped messages) then from a while it turned power off completely with no response to turn on by any means (save mood,hard reset, or normal power on)
Please notice that I have lot of data on it ,don't want to lose any of it.
