The phone calls out, and that's about the only thing it does reliably. If you need any other features at all, they don't seem to work. If you look on the web for tech support, I hope you have a lot of patience, or none at all. You won't find any. If you call tech support, you will find them to be rude, intrusive, off-point, and seem to want to address just about any other problem than the one you need help with....unless you pay them "a one-time fee."

I got the Alcatel OneTouch for Christmas it is a terrible phone, even with an SD card it will tell you that you do not have enough storage space to install more than two or three apps I am very disappointed with this phone, Camera quality is also horrible. do not like the phone at all, i've been without one for 8 months up until Christmas and I got to say I would rather go phone less for the rest of my life than use an Alcatel OneTouch.

I have an Android phone which is Alcatel One Touch Pop c5. wonder if you have the same phone like me, maybe can help. So I power on and it went stuck on the logo white screen at 'Alcatel One Touch.. SMART MOVE' like 24 hours since I restart my phone cause of lag and at the same time I replace my memory card to the new one. I've been waiting for it to boot. I try hard reset and it won't boot. Damn. I don't want to send it off or else my dad won't buy me any phone again. Do you know anything how to fix it? thank you in advance

Hi im just wondering is it possible to change sim card from this phone ? because i usually using celcom for this phone. then im trying to change to another line like Digi or Hotlink but it seems like its just work for Celcom. please help me. why did this happen ? does other users have same situation like me. help me.

Ive had mine for a month now, suddenly the display dosnt react to touches. Tried a hard reset, worked again for like 10 hours, now its the same again. Cant recommended this phone to anyone.

Hello,
I just bought this phone and it won't allow me to add contacts. when I try to add a contact it states "unfortunately contacts has stopped working". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ok, I've had this phone for about 5 or 6 months and the charger port is destoryied. It started with me plugging iit in and within 5 mins it would be at 100% and it would stop charging. Then i unpllugged it and within 2 mins it would be at 5%. I had to start putting my phone against something to charge it. I wasnt rrough with pulling the cord out..
Why does this happen?
This is honestly the worst phone I have ever had.

My phone always hang. Almost 4 days straight. Then suddenly when i asked my uncle to turn it off, i tried to charge it. Isnt if its lowbattery when you charge it the battery will appear wth the red one,but while ago it doesnt happen. Until npw i cant open my phone. Can you suggest any solutions for this? I really need to open my phone so bad so please help me. Thank you in advance.
