This phone is horrible. My daughter had for 2weeks znd the screen kept flashing snd the drop box will come down all by itself coninually. We took it back
to t booth where we bought it from and they replaced it. Within 2 weeks it started again. T booth wont honour the waranty says because it was after 30 days from originsl purchsse we have to deal with virgin. Virgin sent it away for repair (along with 10 others that came in that day with the same problem). We had the phone back for less than one hour and it started again. Acetel phone numbers are mysteriously out of service, virgin wont give us ourmoney back will only send for repairs again and tbooth wont bzck the product at all. Once they made the sale its not their problem. I am very frustrated and angry. Any suggestions?

It's perfect phone, I have it for seven months and like it very much. But, one week ago a yellow spot appears on my right side of display. I'll be grateful if anyone could help me answering what could it be and why it appears? Thanks

I broke my Alcatel onetouch idol(6030D) screen barely a month after i bought it.I have looked everywhere but im told its not yet in the shops in Kenya.

How much space do have left in ram from new, before you add any apps? Starts at 1Gb, but often pre-installed software takes up a big chunk. Anyone look at this. Ta.

I have the Alactel OneTouch Idolx 6040a. First two months were fine I was actually pleased with the phone. Then the the phone locked up. Ironically on the "Smart Move" startup screen. It would take 10+ resets to get it to boot and all services crashing. Finally Bell replaced it. 24 Hours after I started using the replacement It Won't hold a signal and when there is signal you can't place a call. Real piece of junk. Avoid this phone. I am switching to Samsung S5 today.

I have this phone and I lake it a lot. Its perfect. I don't have any problems with the phone but can I upgrade to 4.2 I have 6030x. Please tell me. :)
