We just got Alcatel One Touch fron suncellular and they did not even inform us about the micro sim to be used. Is this single sim also? Am confuse since the plastic sealed has a written note that this unit is dual sim and yet there's a suncellular sticker which states that this unit is for suncellular sim only

The phone gives u lots of options on how to perform a task like when u try to call someone, it gives you a choice to video call or voice call or viber them. I absentmindedly pressed the option always and the indicator was on the video call option. Any way to fix this complication please help thank you

Just got my ALCATEL ONE TOUCH IDOL under Sun's Loyalty Program. Sad to say I can't use it coz the people from Sun did not inform me that the unit uses a MICRO SIM not a standard-sized SIM. KAINIS! =( Forgive me if I am wrong pero the regular-sized SIM does not fit. =(\

hi. I went to the sun shop earlier and they told me that I have to make a reservation because they have to order the unit and wait for their notice before I can get it. I want to ask those who already got their units, how long does this waiting time usually takes?

There is 3 (three) versions of One Touch Idol: 6030A, 6030X and 6030D. A and X are single SIM phones with 4GB internal storage and SD card slot, but 6030A has 512MB of RAM while 6030X has 1GB of RAM.
6030D is dual SIM phone with 1GB of RAM, NO SD CARD SLOT, but with 16GB of internal storage and I'm buying it ASAP. Hope this helps! :)

Similar to storages, installed is 4gb, but only a little more than 2gb is made available to the user.
