How do I delete voice recordings and also I've lost my msg sound how do I get that going. So annoying have to check my phone to see if I received any messages.

I use 5020D which worked normally except it being slow. I rooted it and now when someone calls I don't see it and any time I receive any message it doesn't appear in the notification panel what should I do

I have Alcatel MPop 5020D... having poor experience... runs very slow.. browsing like dead person....formatted many times and rooted already... not happy overall.. I want to try new rom as u said above..

I have free WiFi but can never connect, I turned the data off thought it was the problem but still couldn't use it, I've gone to the settings, I've tried tethering, and everything I can but still to no avail?
Can someone please help me solve this mess,
And the phone runs slow
U can clean it a million times but still the same thing, freezes, I I force close all the time sometimes I even have to take the battery out in other to start the phone again
In other words its terrible n I need help NOW.

I can't answer this phone. I slide it to answer and a favourites page flips up recent page and so on. Then I have to call back because it won't connect to answer and time is up.

Had this phone for 2 years now (5020X) and it's obviously a budget phone so it can't be great. My variant has 512MB of RAM and that's it's biggest issue. Can't browse internet, Chrome crashes. Tried Opera, that crashes as well, all due to lack of RAM. Most mobile variants of websites work because they're not as resource intensive, but some still crash my browser. Plus side is that I have 2.3GB of internal storage reserved for apps, so at least I don't have issues on that part. I can leave a lot of free space for my phone to work somewhat alright. Another bad thing is battery, it overheats too much too often. I only use my phone for YouTube app nowadays and that's when all overheating happens. I can watch videos for about 2-4 hours before my battery is drained. If I'm not using it at all, it will last several days. Those who have issues with battery drain in standby probably do because of some apps they installed. Maybe you should ditch the Facebook app or anything that runs in background so aggressively.
After 2 years of owning this phone, the only thing that sometimes doesn't work is orientation and it suddenly stops working after my phone overheats. A phone with specifications like this won't hold itself well in 2015 and with it's 1400mAh battery, it's not for heavy usage. You'll just have to dish out more shekels if you want a good phone.

i have a 5010 alcatel and its started calling numbers when i wave my hand or make a movement over the front camera, not touching it just a movement.. has any body came about this problem with theirs?

Yesterdaj,I install custom ROM Lollipop V3.ROM is great.Everything works perfectly.My phone was locked to a network.After installation this custom ROM,my phone is SIM Free.I recommend this ROM.Try,and see for yourself ;)
