I can only answer... moreif you need to reset your phone:
1. with the phone turned off, press and hold the volume up button the power button for a few seconds until you see the reset interface
2. select wipe data/factory reset using the volume buttons. press the home button to confirm
3. select yes - delete all user data and press home button to confirm again
4. select reboot system now, and then press the home button
5. the reset will now be complete.
6. note: resetting your phone will clear all the data stored on your phone, data that's stored on your sim is safe.
