I have had tracfone for the last 10 years and this one is the worst i have ever dealt with. It is going in the garbage as soon as I can ship a new phone.

to be honest I am a hard core flip phone user. I am not a fan of these types of phones, but for someone warming up to this type of technology I find it just fine. I will not put loads of music on it or store lots of documents, just a few photos, texting and calling people, maybe the calendar feature. I am a devoted Mac user and I am sure I would love and iphone but frankly have no need for an expensive gadget I just don't want. This is one step better than a flip phone and is crappy enough it keeps you from getting addicted....it stays what it is, a phone. I am glad I chose this, I can better access the things I do use and more simply add info.

Alcatel one touch is not good. The volume is too low. The person on the other line cannot hear well.

Anonymous, 06 Jul 2015I thought am the only one having that problem, it suck and ... moreI like this phone but it keeps sticking and it has a will of its own when typing after many attempts it starts to freeze so I try to turn off the phone but it's stuck so I just wait and it adjusts itself I think that's why it's an affordable price any one else had this problem

It falls completely dead whenever I charge it. I had to do a return. Now I need to take this one back also. I fear I will get negative feedback and end up with a useless tablet. I just had it for about 2 weeks. Disappointed
