The battery is no plus true but seeing it can hold it's own against a Samsung s4, I think it is cool. Plus it is less than a third the price of a s4. By the way, I typed this with two fingers.

the battery is easy to die....the battery saver..i have mine on optimal...other from tht it have a wonderful 1GHz CPU speed

with a custom rom the battery life will be better i updated mine supersu works best dont forget to back up bfore u try in case u dont like

I had a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Duos but it seems processor speed couldn't make it work with Tango. It would make the phone slow down in spite of installing Clean Master.
My next step was a phone that had a relatively small size with fuinctionality. I was going originally for the LG L3II Dual but I saw this one next to it on display. The price, the secondary camera and features made me go for this one compromising a bit on the size.
I have owned this phone one month so far and the only issue is the battery life, but considering that I use it for basically communicating (Skype, Facebook, Whatsapp, Tango and Skype) I would say it handles very well. I updated it inmediately as it stated on the box from Alcatel's website.
Anyways battery wise I carry around a Promate Solarmate which carries enough juice for this and my tablet and fits in either my travel bag or my cargo pocket.
In general I would say a good value for the money.
