Excellent Phone, Battery Lasts a While, not good for driving games where you use the wheel though, glitches.. Everything else excellent :), I'm very happy with it.

lissa, 22 Aug 2013I have a alcatel 4030a touch spop it wont read my sim and ... moreI had a similar connection problems. It connects to a wifi network but then the internet browser wont work. It wont set up email either. I took mine back to Coles in original condition, with all the original packaging and receipt and they gave me a full refund. Full marks to Coles for this customer service.

On pages 10 and 9 of the review they are talking about it being a dual sim phone,but I do not see no setup for dual sim.I wonder if there ia a version with dual sim or their reviewing a different phone or something.
I bought this phone yesterday for $89 unlocked with bonus 4GB sd card.
not bad, but would be more happy if the story of it being dual sim were true.

the only problem i am having with this phone is that there are no cases. i have tried everywhere but none of the carriers in barbados have cases.

i have the magicjack app on my alcatel s'pop os 4.1.1 and whenever i try to make a call using peoples/phone book, the phone use the magicjack app to place the call. in other words, i'm not allowed to place the call using "phone" only the magicjack app. help! how do i swicth it?
