I love the phone but it goes on black screen for hours at a time several time's a month. It constantly has to go in for repair for the black screen glitch.

I reserted factory settings and now my phone does not support moving apps to SD card, I am running out of space on my internal memory.

Battery life of my Scribe HD is now from 10 to 16 hours, it was 24 to 30 hours in 3 months ago (I use this phone from September 2013).
Can I buy new battery to replace the old one? What else can I do?

I have been using it for months but I found out that it runs out of the memory storage even though I have uninstalled all the apps!! Can any one help how?

Help!!! Just bought this phone and I'm happy with it so far, but, "network error" sometimes appear when I use the camera. Restarting it helps however, is there any other way I can do so it won't happen again? Already uninstalled Skype.

why is it that anytime am recieving a call or making a call with my alcatel one touch 8000D type it cut off and 2,everyday my camera will be telling me,'cant connect to the camera' please do something about it for me please it really worry alot.

But after following your instructions - problem solved!! Good on ya.

I also have a problem with the camera, sometimes it works most of the it's not working, can access it but its just a black screen... i tried clearing the casche, clearing the data where i needed to follow the onscreen instructions but still its still not working.
