Problem is with Viber version 5.0.x. I solved the problem on my phone by uninstalling Viber 5.0.x and installing Viber 4.3.x. It is back to normal afterwards.

The gallery say's it's not responding, however I can still look at my photos and the led torch app also says the same! Help

Every app that uses video call block the camera, especially Skype and new Viber 5.0.0.
Install Viber version 4.3.3.
I don't know about Instagram app becouse I don't use it.

Cutie, 01 Aug 2014Can someone help me on hoe to solve my problem with my Alca... more1. Just set a long press for 10 seconds on the power and the high part of the sound button at the same time.
This will shut it off.
2. Wait for 10 seconds more.
3. Press the power button for 3 seconds and leave.
4. The phone suppose to be turning on (I did it several times and it works oerfectly. I read it at the manual)
5. The phone has a built in battery that can not be remove and thats how you can overcome it.
*. It's a fine phone. I enjoy it very much.

this phone is worthy for its money value , it can be compared with noteII , very awesome mobile its going fine with me for 4 months up till now and i have not facing in problem with it except some hanging and i think it will be resolved by next next update

I only had this phone for a month and it cuts off and wont cut back on. Its very irritating and happened twice already
