I've been using this phone for almost a year now and i find it cool. The best phone i ever had. Compared to other expensive phone in the market in its level of specification i can say that this is on the top 3 of its class.

Great mobile in comparing with the same hardware spcification with other Brands also with Price
Very High responce , great resolution and screen , Camera ,awesome design and materials.
Also wonderful package as all the needed accessories attached (Styls,screen protector ,and magnetic cover )
In egypt why should buy Quadcorecore moblie with 3000 LE when i can have the same with 1700 LE with Unique and original Brand with high quality european standard

i've experienced lot of prblems too in using alcatel HD Scribe
it turns off several times and need to go to service center and its annoying co'z the only solution is to reprogram...so i've lost my files such as videos,photos, contact numbers etc..
until 3months of using it..i've lost it due to snotched..
But i really love this phone though i encounter some problem on it..

I would like to share my problem: I am using this phone for some 3 months, and from the beginning the camera is freezing, and in order to use it, I am making restart several times. The same with the Gallery.
And today, the phone just got switched off, and I can not turn it on again. I cant event open and take the battery out.

i’ve just bought this phone. ans its very nice phone with nice responding and nice screen. but the only problem that some times when i unlock the phone it reboot!!! i dont know why this happens and it getting to happen mors frequentlly . and its getting to be very annoying. does any one have the same problem or maybe have a solution or a suggetion. cause i really loved this phone and i dont want to return it. thanks

i had this phone for the past 11 months.. after 2 months of usage, the sim 1 slot got busted and was not usable anymore(well sometimes it works for a few hours). after 9~months, phone totally got wacked. the connectors on the mobo may not be that durable and since the back panel is soft, it may easily be broken. but I did enjoy using this phone. though it had problems.
