Same problem here. Bought from Harvey Norman in NZ, reduced price $222 down from $599. First unit shut itself off after 6 weeks, wouldn't turn back on. Took it back. They sent it to techs. Techs said it was a hardware issue, ordered new unit. New unit came, had a problem with the screen (bright spot). Ordered another new unit. Next new unit came, worked okay for 6 hours, then shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Used tip from below, using on button and volume + to force it to restart. Will now see how this unit goes. If it continues to shut down and not turn back on, then we will be returning it for a full refund.

my camera, flash light and some apps didnt work properly...
what i do?
first: make a backup in "Clout backup". all apps ,names or what you want to keep
second: restore factory settings,(settings;backup and reset;factory data reset) (all in fhone will erase)
thirth: go to Cloud backup and restore last your backup
may do this few times ,becose didnt restore everything from a first time
that is : phome will work again

i also experience the same problem. my camera freezes/lags most of the time this few days. i already had this phone for 6 months and its just this days i experienced the problem.. i had to restart the phone in order for it to function again.already tried factory reset but still the problem occurs. anyone know how to fix this? help please. thanks in advance.

I have got also problem with camera. Any aplication witch is connected to camera dosent work. Only black screen is shown. Anyone know the solution ????

I also experience the random freeze/black video in the cam app since a week.
I can't really pinpoint at what what point it started to go bad. It surely wasn't with a system update.
If it keeps bothering me, I'll try a factory reset.
Any other suggestions before doing that?

There is a problem in this phone with Camera and skype.If you switch it off/on some times camera works.Then again same problem.Better not go for this phone.
