im facing a problem sometimes when i on the camera it does not open only black screen will appear. need to power off then on the open. does anyone having the same problem with me? any advise on how to fix this ?

i bought the phone last september. I updated the software then after few minutes it freezes. i can't go to the home screen and the display is only alcatel scribe hd. Dont know what to do please help

Guys, i hold this device for more that a month.
It's superb, i face nothing of the problems you are facing and stating over and over, may be i'm lucky.
Rooted and tried all the stuff and everything is smooth except for some lag in Despicable Me game.

After reviewing these comments, I was able to turn my phone back on. I also own a Mobile wifi device from alcatel and it also shuts down.
Sincerely I am ordering a new phone and sorry Alcatel

I absolutely hate this phone!! I have had issues since day one!I had to get the phone as a replacement phone after losing my Samsung Galaxy.After logging in to Facebook and scrolling I will get a data error message which doesn't allow me to comment, view videos and/or pictures will not upload.I will get on YouTube and videos will freeze.I took the phone back after two days of the same problem and the customer rep said she reset the settings and if the problem continued bring it back Monday.I left the store and within minutes I started having exact same issues.I went back and told them I refused to go all weekend like that so they gave me another phone....same one of course...now I'm having same issues with new one and I've only had it one day.If you turn the phone off and turn it back on it will work for about 3 minutes then it goes back to having network error,or no internet connection.So unhappy....will be going back tomorrow and complaining.Not happy at all.

Warning! do not update the software/ firmware. i have mine updated, then my camera doesnt work anymore! even the flash light. hope another update will fix this. sigghhhhh...
