I am using this since June and only experience minor UI issues when using custom themes. As of the moments nothing really bad happened just a single dead pixel on the top most part. I have played AAA games on this one and no lag was experience.

all these negative opinions!?
i read all pages of user reviews and really disappointed.
i was satisfied with scribe hd specifications and was about to buy it but all reviews are negative so i changed my mind.

Totally not happy..bought me a new alcatec one touch scribe hd from harvey norman for $220nz..normal prize was $599.99...the nxt day i charged it..took it off when fulled..went on fb next minutes!! It turned off by itself completely..tried many times to turn it on again but nothing wrks..so disappointed..took.it bck to where i bought it and make a complain bwt it..told me they gonna order me a new one..i will get it the following week..??????..

My phone takes too long for fully charge spacially from 99% to 100%. Last 1% take nearly hour. Does any one else having same issue?

Bought Alcatel Scribe HD. Used it for less than a month, the microphone goes off. The person im talking to cant heat me. Brought it back to the dealer, waited for weeks & its ok. Used it again but the problem is back! 5 times i have returned it to the dealer, SAME PROBLEM, IM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS PHONE !

I bought scribe hd on 9th december, on 22nd it wont switch on.i gave it to the service, will see.very disapointed

Mine always show simcard or micro sd not detected. Have to wait for a while then self connected again.happen so often i have to factory reset the phone.now its ok d. Alcatel service not up to standard yet.

The only thing you can do is reset it by holding the power button and the volume + button untill your screen turns back on. They don't know whats wrong at the service center from alcatel. Very bad service. Mine is less than two weeks old and they want me to send it for repair. But I want an new one.

The phone turned power off automatically sometime in the evening then i had to wait until next day. I brought the phone to the repairing Center. They fixed it after 10 days, i got the phone back. And yesterday again the phone turned power off while battery level was round 80%.
I dont know if someone have same problem but when i listen to music, sometimes the music suddenly become very loud and sometimes become very soft..
Sometimes the camera doesn't work.
That is the alcatel one touch scribe hd dual sim i bought..

I had that problem, i brought the ohone back to the shop and i must wait 3 weeks !!
