This Phone is a great phone 9 out of 10
The pros are fast great quality amoled screen 5mp camera the only downside really is the little bit of leg when the phones charging

by this phone I can't connect with viber or we chat.when I logged in with viber a message always shown"Viber is corrently unavailable or being blocked"how can I solve this? please anyone suggest.

it is a bad phone.dont buy this phone otherwise ur monry will be wasted.battery drains very quickly and even u cant enjoy music ,fm radio by this worst mobile.i hate alcatel.

I bought an Alcatel 6010d just a month ago.It's overall performance is satisfactory.But I got a severe problem with it. When I surf net or play games it is overheated and if I make a call or receive a call then the caller can't hear my voice...are you guys facing same problem with it?

But I ain't getting any loading option,The First option is Charging,Is that what you meant,
In the third line you wrote,
"Using: powersave scaling, min 250 and max 1000 mhz"
There is no "using" option here,An option Called "In-Calling" is available,Did you mean that option??
And in the last there is an option Named,"Temperature Over Heat",Do I need to Do anything with that option??

Just aquired one-touch * after using m'pop successfully for an year. all fingers closed n ope it's gonna serve like my m'pop - looks elegant!

Very good Phone.....but i am facing some problem.The phone is overheating while charging, internet and gaming. The battery drains very quickly. Can you suggest anything????
