ahmed, 12 Aug 2013this phone is great for the cheap price , i bought it 4 day... moresame problem here (not most of the time).. the only way to avoid that is to switch the device off while charging.. However great is that phone, but still the "alcatel curse" exist..

this phone is great for the cheap price , i bought it 4 days ago . the only problem that when i connect the wall charger to charge the phone after 30 minuet message appears " battery is over temperature please turn off " if you ignored it the phone will stop charging , after a minuet or a few minute he back to charge and stop and back , until the battery going cool. but the charging from the computer don't do this Waring . where is the problem now is it in the wall charger ?

i bought it and the screen went blank after 5 days of use cant switch on,when i plug in the charger steady charging light ,not charging,what could the problem be,kindly advice,i cant switch on

Menna, 22 Jul 2013I would like to know if it is better than samsung duo or not ?I've made the same comparison Menna..I was intending to buy samsung galaxy S duos.. I've found people complaning about the lag problems in the S duos.. I've finally got my Alcatel one touch star and It's really amazing.. cheaper with higher options like the dual core processor.. Buy the one touch star..

Best phone I´ve ever had to date, and I had many such as SGS2 and LG Optimus 4X HD. I bought it two months ago and I´m very happy with it. Not only it´s size and buid quality is great, but also the design of it´s icons. Very comfortable in hand and pocket. It´s like having an Iphone 4s with 4" display and android.

guys, do you experience problem with wifi connectivity? i have that a lot with android 4.1.1 and i have no idea what to do to stabilize it. does anyone had this problem/have a solution?

I bought it from AUCHAN . . . not in online store. . . . . and the battery is ok. yes like every android you need to charge it everyday. . . but even in 20% brightness the screen is lightfull.it is AMOLED:) camera quality is awsome.it supports even continious autofocus. . . sound quality is awsome.clean and sharp. . . no freezing. . . all around device for 119 euro. . .

I've got the phone 3 days ago.. This device is amazing.. Iphone look, great price, very clear and bright screen, Soft in hands, Dual core processor.. It covers all ur needs..
The Only problem is the Battery.. Battery Sucks!
Even with the normal usage you have to charge it everyday.. I think the iphone has the same problem too..
