I have Alcatel phone OT300 yesterday it dropped from my pocket to the ground hence now the battery is low but it cannot charge i have tried a different charger but its not charging what could be the problem please advice

I had a bad experience with this phone. I don't know, maybe it's just the one I had. It frustrated me till it nearly brought me to tears. The phone I had, had a battery connection problem. Although it is fully charged, it suddenly blacks out. To a point where I stuffed slips of paper to make the battery 'tight'. THen it slowly gave way again and the same thing happened. I cannot even make calls or sms. No more alcatel for me.

Dear supplier.
I would like to know two things:
1. Why my phone cannot display the name of the telephone company Iam using eg. VodaCom or Celtel like others do.
2. What is the use of two dots located in two sides of number 5.

I have a Alcatel OT 300, when i switch on the phone, a french language displays and askes me of a code, and don't know the unlocking code. please send it to me. And tell me how to do it.

well, I just wanna know how to unlonck my OT 300 'cause when I turn it on, it displays a message which tell me to introduce two codes,I don't really remember any code. please write back and help me

Hello All
I'm facing a problem with my Alcatel One Touch 300. Off late it is switching off automatically even though the battery level is full. When the phone is switched on after start up it goes off imdiately. I even changed the battery, for a month there was no problem but now the same problem has again started. Tis is similar problems with two 301 am having. Any help... Ill be gratefull

Alcatel 301 is okay but the battery life span is too short no matter the originality of the battery.please find a soltion to this. Also give the name of the original battery may be it might be different from what am used to

Features are good. sometimes, it shows battery is full but it switches off when it receives a call.

I had an Alcatel 300,it barely served me 2yrs ,reasons I could not receive or make calls and it came a time when it went off and when I took it to the distributor he told me the battery was in good condition but the phone was broken and could not be repaired.I love alcatels and right now I own Alcatel 525 and I love it so much but I'm still afraid that maybe it will break down just like the other one.Please if you can advice me on what to do about the Alcatel 300, I give it to someone who is less fortunate.

My alcatel One touch 300 came from Germany, It was used for only three months and my mom sent to me here in the philippines. But there is a problem occuring, the phone is locked. When I opened it Sim lock key Or network key is displayed in the lcd. What can I do? Can it still be fixed?. My mom says she don't know what it is. Your immediate reply is a great help. Thanks!
