It's a bad phone! I bought it for my father one year ago just because it has a simple menu, and it's quite friendly!
Now I see that it looses network signal really easy, it doesn't have a big memory and the list could go on!
It's really cheap in Romania : 25-30$ (a new one)

This phone cannot take changes in it's memory.
That's why.
I have one for about 8 monts and my opinion is that this phone is phone for ordinary peoples, it's not for the new time. It doesn't support MMS, WAP, JAVA, but i will use this phone because it is too oreginal and there are manu other options that othet phones don't have.

it is a cell with basic functions.i have my 320 for 1 year now and i haven`t got any major problems with it. it`s main issue is the low quality battery.otherwise, it`s just a phone.would i buy it again? guess not.

I am Using this cell over 1.5 years.It was going perfect but now a days it sucks.Giving lots of problems and errors Like Insert sim card,Battery Low, Swithched off automatically when i received an incomming Call or Do any Outgoing call.This is cell is very light in weight and can be compared to NOKIA 3315.OT 320 is not an reliable Cell.It is affordable and Best for a year.

Just bought this for £10 off the UK Ebay site. It's a year old having been purchased in the UAE and in excellent condition. As a simple phone it seems fine.

I have got a very bad experience with the handset. I bought it on 5 th May paying Rs. 3000. Within one month the display got broken and got it replaced only by paying an additional 1200 Rs. I could have replaced it at Rs 400 or so provided the display was available at the local service centres.But unfortunately Alcatel is not so popular that i couldn't get the second hand display.Even now the display taked frequent servicing.I won't ever recommend this mobile.

good day. iam in nigeria using alcatel one touch 320 and i find it difficult to download certain things in my phone i think it is the low capacity of the phone and the non-popularity.

The worst mobile phone i've ever used. It's not that it's a simple phone but its quality it's very poor.You cannot even talk; it loses network too easy.Even it's simple functions in menu aren't working well.It thinks too much. It has compatibility problems with a wide range of SIM cards (at 91th position up in agenda i cannot enter new positions anymore).And of course i cannot talk about built-in technology on this phone.
It has only one advantage: 14E in Romania.
